Sometimes it happens that your Z-Wave device doesn’t want to pair with Homey. One of the things that can cause this is that your device is still part of another network. To overcome this you can reset your device by the following steps:
1. Navigate to Settings
Open the Homey Application and navigate to settings. In settings go to Z-Wave. In the main pane, tap on Remove a device.
2. Set your device into learning mode
You can find how to do this in the manual of the device. Homey will indicate whether the removal was successful.
3. Add the device to Homey
You can now pair your device again to Homey.
