If you can put your Homey into recovery mode, you can most likely fix this problem yourself. This article will explain how:
Turn Homey upside down
Please try to hold your Homey upside down for 1 minute, while the ring is lightning red. Homey will start the recovery mode and will ask you to go to setup.athom.com.
Open setup.athom.com on a desktop
Go to setup.athom.com on a Wi-Fi enabled computer or laptop and follow the instructions. Select your preferred language and click ‘continue in browser’.
Hold ALT on your keyboard
When ‘searching for updates’ is displayed, make sure to hold ALT on your keyboard and press the ‘download full update’ button. When this process is done, please press the ‘keep your data’ button.
Homey pulses purple which means it is updating itself at the moment. Let Homey finish the setup process. This should solve your problem.
