If, for any reason, you want to return the product you purchased from the webshop for a refund, you need to contact our support desk within the 30 days following the day you received the product. When contacting our support desk for a refund, please state the exact reason why you want to return the product + the original invoice. Our support team will forward an RMA form + all the necessary information needed to return the product to us. Once the product arrives at our office it will be checked for damages and functionality.
